After years of development, continuous investment in human resources, a closed production process, advanced and modern production technologies, … In 2005, Dinh Khue manufactured and built its own brand for tapioca starch branded “Ba Dong Tien” to meet the strict requirements for quality, food hygiene and safety.
The tapioca starch with “Ba Dong Tien” brand is an important source of raw materials in the food processing, pharmaceutical and light industries such as cakes, synthetic fibers, pellets, modified starches, soup starches, instant noodles, noodles, prawn crackers, condiments, foodS and malt, etc….
The tapioca starch with “Ba Dong Tien” brand is produced under closed production process to ensure product quality in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 has achieved the certificate of food hygiene and safety in accordance with the ISO 22000 : 2005; ISO 5603: 2008; HALAL.

Ba Dong Tien brand of the Company was established with the following quality criteria contributing to meet part of the customer’s tastes.

– High content of starch: > 85% – Moisture: < 14%
– Total ash content: < 0,2% – PH 5 – 7

The company is also a reputable supplier for major brands such as: VEDAN, Ajinomoto, Miliket, … Today, the tapioca starch with Ba Dong Tien brand of the Company has gradually conquered the domestic market and been present in many countries in the world.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Raw materials from the storage yard are put into the hopper by forklift trucks. From the hopper, the manioc is put on conveyors for the washing pond and on the basin, there are flush faucets helping the materials be leaner. After washing, the manioc is peeled and separated from impurities. The manioc is continuously transferred to the chopper for shredding and to the crusher for pureeing into the liquid mixture. The mixture is put in the centrifuge to separate the fiber, dregs and liquid starch. Fiber and dregs are separated out.
The liquid starch is separated back into the pond and through a series of centrifuges to clean latex into pure starch. Continuously to take over the water separator to collect wet starch with the moisture of 40-45%. The wet starch is passed through a drying system to dried starch products. The dried starch-finished products will be packed and stored in the warehouse and transported carefully under consuming demands of the market.
